What is your return window?
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
What condition must items be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns that show signs of use, odor, or damage not related to a manufacturing defect. If an item arrives with a quality issue or defect, please contact us immediately and we will prioritize your case.
Are returns really free?
Yes. Returns are completely free. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@massimooduttii.it.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid label and simple instructions. Do not send items back without receiving authorization first.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 1–2 business days for us to inspect the item and approve the refund. After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. It typically takes 7–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds back to your account. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been initiated.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, simply return your current item for a full refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the correct item quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the package has already left our facility, please follow the standard return process upon delivery.
